Among the 16 publicly traded companies on the PSI index, four posted losses, nine saw gains, and Jerónimo Martins, Ibersol, and Corticeira Amorim remained unchanged at 20.42, 10.15, and 7.35 euros, respectively.
Leading the losses was Galp, dropping 1.74% to 17.20 euros.
Experiencing declines of less than 1% were Mota-Engil (6.07 euros), EDP Renováveis (12.77 euros), and BCP (0.77 euros).
On the opposite end, NOS led the gains, advancing 2.01% to 3.82 euros.
Other notable increases include Teixeira Duarte, rising 2% to 0.71 euros, and Navigator, up 1% to 3.02 euros.
Among those experiencing declines of less than 1% were Semapa (18.08 euros), REN (3.16 euros), Sonae SGPS (1.43 euros), CTT (7.31 euros), EDP (4.32 euros), and Altri (5.02 euros).
Elsewhere in Europe, Madrid rose 0.54% and London 0.44%, whereas Paris fell 0.27% and Frankfurt 0.12%.
