A woman was robbed on Monday night in her home in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, as confirmed by the Lisbon Metropolitan Police Command.
The woman had arranged a meeting through Tinder with a man she met on the platform. However, the man’s intentions were not as they seemed.
The victim was targeted in a theft, during which she was reportedly gagged and threatened with a firearm by two men.
The suspects managed to steal the victim’s phone and approximately 200 euros in cash. They have been at large since the crime.
The woman was able to alert the authorities after the thieves had left her residence.
The case is now under the jurisdiction of the Judicial Police, who have taken over the investigation.
