On Wednesday, the third day of political debates for the legislative elections takes place, dedicated exclusively to the CDU (PCP-PEV coalition) and Livre, following two days of dual debates—on Monday, CDU faced AD and PAN opposed Chega, and on Tuesday, it was the Socialist Party versus Bloco de Esquerda and Chega versus Livre.
Paulo Raimundo (CDU) and Rui Tavares (Livre) will confront each other on SIC Notícias, having previously debated parties from the right spectrum.
In the most recent elections, both parties elected four deputies each, with PAN electing a single representative, leaving them behind in the tally.
The latest available conducted by CESOP – Universidade Católica Portuguesa for RTP, Antena 1, and Público, indicates that CDU would secure 3% of the votes, while Livre is estimated to receive 5%.
