Today, the parties are debating the State of the Nation in the Assembly of the Republic.
The topic of healthcare is dominating the political agenda and is expected to be the main focus during the plenary session. All parties, except those forming the Government, argue that healthcare is deteriorating and call for structural measures to solve the issues.
Housing is also expected to feature prominently in the debate, along with immigration issues, notably the controversial amendment to the nationality law.
