Looking for a job? Intelcia Portugal will hire 700 people this year.

Intelcia Portugal aims to strengthen the business sector by hiring professionals in various fields, including banking, insurance, utilities, and e-commerce.

The CEO of Intelcia Portugal states that this initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to economic growth and stimulating the national market.

“With over 7,000 employees nationwide and operations distributed across multiple centers in mainland Portugal and the islands, we will continue to expand our presence and strengthen Portugal’s strategic role within the Intelcia group as a hub of talent and innovation, both for the national and international market,” says Carla Marques.

Responsible for several call centers of Altice, the multinational positions itself as a company that combines technology and human proximity to offer integrated client experience solutions to some of the leading brands operating in the national and international market.

The company focuses on a people-centered and talent-based management model, promoting diversity, internal recognition, and career progression for its employees, investing consistently in continuous training, technological empowerment, and innovation to ensure an agile and excellent response to the needs of clients and partners.

After a first cycle of partial strikes, Intelcia workers went on strike on the 6th, demanding a general salary increase of 80 euros (effective from July 1), a meal allowance of 7.50 euros, an excused day off with pay on birthdays, a foreign language service allowance, and 10-minute breaks for each hour worked.
