In a statement, promoter Uguru announced that Einaudi will perform a third concert in Lisbon in March of next year, preceding the two announced in August.
“Solo Piano” is “a special series of solo concerts, curated for intimate venues where the proximity to the audience amplifies every gesture and every note,” following the musician’s sold-out six consecutive nights at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
“Solo Piano” is an experience designed to reveal the essence of his musical language. Alone on stage, Einaudi takes the audience through a repertoire that includes pieces such as “Nuvole Bianche,” “Experience,” or “Una Matina,” alongside lesser-known compositions and new works crafted for this stage of his artistic journey, as stated by the organizers in a communiqué released in August.
“This format highlights one of the most remarkable characteristics of his music: the space between the notes. In this interval between sound and silence, Einaudi’s true expressive power emerges — an invitation to attentive listening, contemplation, and shared emotion,” the note adds.
Tickets are on sale for prices ranging from 35 to 120 euros.
