“Despite the cancellation of the warning, it is recommended that vessel owners and operators take appropriate precautions to ensure navigability conditions,” stated the regional maritime authority.
The port authority emphasized that “conditions for circulation on harbor protection breakwaters, cliffs, beaches, or natural pools should be ensured, as well as safety conditions for recreational fishing, especially near cliffs and rocky areas.”
