The GNR announced that a 47-year-old man was found in possession of illegal firearms without a license for use and carrying.
Following a report of illegal firearm possession, the officers conducted searches at the man’s home and vehicle, seizing 12 air rifles with telescopic sights, four air pistols with laser indicators, one automatic opening knife, and one bladed weapon.
Additionally, the GNR confiscated three gas cartridges for the pistols and a box of targets.
After being made an official suspect on Thursday, the case was referred to the Judicial Court of Valença.
