The GNR’s Territorial Command of Portalegre reported that a man has been named as a suspect following a patrol operation in the area. The individual was approached near an ATM due to suspect behavior.
Subsequent investigations revealed that the suspect had committed fraud using the MB Way application, resulting in the seizure of 560 euros in cash and a mobile phone.
The suspect has been formally charged, and the case has been reported to the Elvas Court.
