The Judiciary Police announced that a 56-year-old suspect has been arrested after reportedly exploiting a moment alone with the victim to force them into significant sexual acts.
The arrest was made following a European arrest warrant issued by Spanish authorities.
The detainee has appeared before judicial authorities and has been remanded in custody.
