At the scene are personnel from the Sines Fire Brigade, the Maritime Police, the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM), and the Lifeguard Institute (ISN). They are attempting to remove the body, which is in an area with difficult access, said a source from the Alentejo Coast Sub-Regional Command, noting that the alert was received at 5:45 a.m.
As of 9:00 a.m., there were 15 operatives on site, supported by six vehicles.
