A man in his 40s was found dead with “several puncture wounds on his body” early Sunday morning in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.
The Public Security Police (PSP) confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto that the alert was raised around 3:30 AM, and the body was discovered in a wooded area on the outskirts of Vila d’Este.
The source stated that the victim had “several puncture wounds on his body.”
Firefighters and a Medical Emergency and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) were on the scene.
The case has been transferred to the Judicial Police (PJ) for investigation.
