The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Évora announced via its website that between March and June 2019, certain events took place in the Portalegre district, involving a man and his stepson, who both resided at the location.
The Public Prosecutor explained that the Central Criminal Court of Portalegre proved that the accused, taking advantage of the victim’s mother’s absence at work, forced the then 13-year-old minor to engage in sexual acts on four separate occasions during the night.
