A man was shot on Sunday night on Avenida Marginal, near the ‘Grande Onda’ restaurant at Carcavelos beach, confirmed the Public Security Police (PSP).
The incident took place around 8:30 p.m. The victim was shot in the torso and transported to Cascais Hospital.
The suspect remains at large.
The man shot is reportedly an employee of the restaurant, and the suspect allegedly fired at least four shots inside the establishment. These details have not been confirmed.
In addition to the PSP, the Maritime Police and the Carcavelos and S. Domingos de Rana Firefighters were present at the scene.
