The Assembly of the Republic concludes the debate on the XXV Constitutional Government’s Program this Wednesday, which will be approved through the rejection of the motion of disapproval presented by the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP).
The closing period includes about two hours for speeches by parties and the Government, followed by the vote on the PCP’s rejection motion against the document, which the Socialist Party (PS) and Chega have already stated they will block.
Only after the government’s program is reviewed and not rejected will the XXV Constitutional Government, which took office on June 5, fully assume its functions.
