The German woman, last seen doing the Camino de Santiago, was “found in perfect health” in Idanha-a-Nova, the Guardia Civil said.

The woman had last been seen at 15:00 (14:00 Lisbon time) on July 25 in Grado, Asturias, by a man who saw her walking with a large backpack and “looking disoriented”.
Two hours later, the man went back to the same place and found only the backpack of the German woman, identified as Tamara K. Inside were some clothes and personal belongings.
After an investigation, it was found that the woman lived in Portugal and was doing the Camino de Santiago to Galicia. According to the Spanish authority, Tamara had taken her personal documents and cell phone with her, but was not responding to calls from family, friends or the police.
