At the traditional Festa do Pontal on the boardwalk of Quarteira in Loulé, which marks the political ‘rentrée’ of the PSD, Luís Montenegro specified that the project, to be operated as a public-private partnership, is scheduled to begin construction in early 2027 and become operational by 2030.
