
The construction company plans to propose several amendments to its articles of association, alongside seeking approval from the general assembly to authorize the issuance of one or more bond loans, in euros or another currency, with a total value of up to 750 million euros. This was communicated by the company, under the leadership of Carlos Mota dos Santos, to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on October 22.
The main shareholders include the Mota family holding (MGP), holding 40.19% of the capital, and Epoch Capital Investments B.V., with a 32.41% stake.
Mota-Engil shares closed on Monday with a decrease of 1.21% to 5.73 euros.
