A motorcyclist was killed Friday following a collision with a car on the EN202 road in Troviscoso, Monção. The accident also resulted in two minor injuries: a 40-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, though their age was not disclosed.
The alert was raised at 2:57 p.m., and responders at the scene included the Firefighters of Monção and Valença, the National Republican Guard of Monção, and the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM). An immediate life support ambulance (SIV) and the Medical Emergency and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) from Viana do Castelo were also deployed.
