A 37-year-old man died today following a collision between a motorcycle and a van in Rego, Celorico de Basto municipality, Braga district, as reported by security sources.
The accident alert was issued at 17:47, involving a motorcycle and a van, resulting in one fatality, with death confirmed on-site.
The Braga GNR stated the deceased was a 37-year-old man.
Emergency services deployed to the scene included the Celorico de Basto firefighters, the Guimarães Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER), the Fafe Immediate Life Support ambulance (SIV), and the GNR, according to the Tâmega e Sousa Sub-regional Command.
