Documents Required (General):

1. Proof of residence in Portugal. (applicable for exemple if you have lived legally in Portugal for at least 5 years.)
2. Birth certificate.
3. Marriage certificate (if applicable).
4. Criminal record.
5. Proof of proficiency in the Portuguese language. (if applicable)
6. Passport, ID  or Permission of Residence (number, expiry dates and issuing authorities).
7. Evidence of the applicant’s family history of connection to a Sephardic Community of Portuguese origin (if applicable).
