The Eurovision Song Contest revealed a snippet of the second rehearsal of NAPA, the band from Madeira representing Portugal with their song ‘Deslocado’ in the first semifinal taking place next week.
“Relax and let NAPA take you on their journey,” the organization stated in the description of the video shared on social media.
Many users on Instagram praised the Portuguese performance. “No fireworks, no grand props, just a beautiful and authentic song being sung on stage,” read one comment.
“We need this in the final, no fireworks, no high notes, just a group of friends singing together, simply perfect,” added another user.

It is noteworthy that NAPA was chosen to represent Portugal with ‘Deslocado’ after winning the Festival da Canção on March 8.
The Portuguese will take the stage in the first semifinal next Tuesday, performing in the 7th position, between Sweden—the betting odds favorite—and Norway.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 13 to 17 in Basel, Switzerland, following Nemo’s victory with ‘The Code’ in last year’s edition.
