
The Madeira-based band NAPA, set to represent Portugal at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest with their song ‘Deslocado’, has begun preparations for the European competition. The group participated in a Eurovision-themed concert on Saturday night, alongside 29 other contestants.
The ‘Eurovision in Concert’ event took place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, gathering 30 participants from this year’s Eurovision edition as well as contenders from previous years.
Joining NAPA were several other performers, including Shkodra Elektronike from Albania, Abor & Tynna from Germany, PARG from Armenia, Go-Jo from Australia, JJ from Austria, Mamagama from Azerbaijan, Red Sebastian from Belgium, Marko Bošnjak from Croatia, Adonxs from the Czech Republic, Sissal from Denmark, Klemen from Slovenia, Tommy Cash from Estonia, Melody from Spain, Erika Vikman from Finland, Louane from France, Mariam Shengelia from Georgia, VÆB from Iceland, Emmy from Ireland, Katarsis from Lithuania, Laura Thorn from Luxembourg, Miriana Conte from Malta, Nina Žižić from Montenegro, Kyle Alessandro from Norway, Claude from the Netherlands, Justyna Steczkowska from Poland, Gabry Ponte from San Marino, Princ from Serbia, Remember Monday from the United Kingdom, and Ziferblat from Ukraine.

NAPA earned the honor to represent Portugal by winning the Festival da Canção on March 8th.
This year, the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is scheduled to be held from May 13th to 17th in Basel, Switzerland, following Nemo’s victory with ‘The Code’ in last year’s edition.
