Nuno Melo conveyed his message through a video at the start of the PSD/CDS-PP parliamentary sessions held in Évora until Tuesday, which he could not attend in person due to being abroad.
“Amidst speculation over new members joining this club, I know this: I know that AD is a tested formula, yielding results, practiced in the trust and loyalty that have existed between our two parties over the years when they united. With different formulas, I cannot say how it will be,” he stated.
While Nuno Melo did not specifically mention any party, his remarks come at a time when challenges are known in the municipal coalition for Lisbon between PSD, CDS-PP, and IL concerning the re-election campaign of Carlos Moedas.
