Fuel price forecasts for the upcoming week are now available, continuing the trend from the previous week.
Data from the Automóvel Club de Portugal (ACP) indicates that diesel will decrease by half a cent per liter, while gasoline will become 1 cent cheaper.
If confirmed, the average price for simple diesel is expected to drop to €1.593 per liter, and simple 95 gasoline will be set at €1.678 per liter.
This marks the second consecutive week of slight fuel price reductions. Last week, forecasts also pointed to a decrease of 0.5 cents for gasoline and 1.5 cents for simple diesel.
The forecasts are based on the assumption that the government’s extraordinary tax reduction measures remain in place to mitigate rising prices.
