The company NOS announced on Monday evening, through a statement on the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM), that its new share capital, totaling 257,580,690 euros, has been registered following approval by the annual general shareholders’ meeting held on April 11 this year.
Prior to this operation, NOS’s share capital stood at 855,167,890.80 euros.
Maintaining its current number of shares at 515,171,380, the nominal value of each share was reduced from 1.66 euros to 0.50 euros.
The voting rights amount to 5,151,713.
