The number of board members has increased with the addition of Carmen Garcia Gonçalves, who joins as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
The remaining six members will continue in their roles, following a recommendation from the nomination committee of the General and Supervisory Board, which was communicated today to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
The rest of the team will be composed of and led by Mark Bourke, the Chief Executive Officer. Benjamin Dickgiesser will continue as the Executive with financial responsibilities, alongside Luís Ribeiro, the Chief Commercial Officer Corporate (CCOC).
João Paixão Moreira will remain as the Chief Commercial Officer Retail (CCOR), Patrícia Fonseca as the Chief Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability Officer (CLCSO), and Rui Fontes will continue in the role of Chief Credit Officer (CCO).
