Trust in News (TiN), the owner of the magazine Visão among other titles, has appealed the court’s decision to not approve the insolvency plan, according to documents accessed by Lusa.
On July 18, the court decided not to approve the company’s insolvency plan, which had been approved by 77% at a creditors’ meeting, determining the cessation of activities. TiN’s sole shareholder, Luís Delgado, informed Lusa that he would appeal this decision.
Upon being notified of the order not to approve the plan, TiN, “disagreeing with its content,” filed “this appeal to the Lisbon Court of Appeal,” the document states.
