The sole member of the PAN, Inês de Sousa Real, will vote against the motion to reject the program of the XXIV Constitutional Government presented by the PCP and will abstain from the BE motion.

The information on Inês de Sousa Real’s voting intentions was passed on by an official PAN source.

The two motions to reject, which will be voted on after the debate is over, are expected to fail with the PS abstaining.

The debate on the program of the XXIV Constitutional Government ends today in the Assembly of the Republic, after a first day marked by several announcements and a discussion on the executive’s conditions of governability.

After more than nine hours of discussion on Thursday, today there will be a closing session, with speeches from all parties and the government, and a vote on the BE and PCP rejection motions, which have been announced as ‘defeated’.
