Papillon begins a new chapter in his career with a concert at the Coliseu de Lisboa

A one-of-a-kind concert is set for March 20, where Papillon promises “new sounds, special guests, and a meticulously planned show,” marking “the beginning of a new chapter in his career,” according to a statement released today.

On this date, Papillon will present a new album, the follow-up to “Jony Driver,” released in 2022, featuring artists like Emicida, Slow J, and Fumaxa, among others.

In March, the Mem Martins rapper released the single “Já entendi.”

Papillon’s debut solo album, “Deepak Lopper,” produced by Slow J and featuring collaborations with Holly, Lhast, and Plutónio, was released in 2018.

He was part of the collective GROGNation, which announced its disbandment in 2022 after 11 years. During their career, they released the mixtapes “Segunda Vaga” (2012) and “Dropa Fogo” (2013), the EPs “Sem Censura” (2014) and “Na Via” (2015), and the album “Nada É Por Acaso” (2017).

In the year they announced their breakup, GROGNation released the EP “Anatomia de GROG” in partnership with Sam The Kid.

GROGNation also included Harold, nastyfactor, Prizko, and Neck, alongside Papillon.

Tickets for Papillon’s concert at Coliseu dos Recreios in March are already on sale, ranging from 20 to 30 euros.
