An innovative educational video game called “RAYUELA” is at the heart of a new initiative, designed to combine entertainment with learning to promote online safety and digital citizenship among children and young people from 5th to 9th grade, the PJ announced in a statement.
The PJ describes the integration of this game into school activities as “a unique opportunity to educate conscious and responsible internet users”.
Through this video game, students will learn how to “prevent online risks and enhance their digital literacy skills in an engaging and practical manner”.
This initiative will be launched on Thursday via the Cybersecure Mission, aimed at promoting the safety of children and young people in digital environments, providing “complete and adaptable pedagogical materials” to facilitate the game’s implementation in various educational contexts.
The goal is to ensure “a simple, effective application aligned with curricular objectives”.
