This new section, developed in collaboration with the Agência para a Energia (ADENE) and the Direção-Geral de Energia e Geologia (DGEG), provides information on ‘Energy Poverty,’ ‘Goals and Results,’ and ‘Support Measures’ to help citizens understand the challenges of energy poverty in Portugal, the defined objectives, and the support measures currently in place.
Today marks the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
The Portal Mais Transparência (https://transparencia.gov.pt/pt) introduces its ‘Thematic Areas’ page as part of Portugal 2030, created in partnership with the Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão (AD&C), a partner of the Portal since its inception.
“This new page provides information on the main areas where Portugal 2030 funds are being invested, promoting greater transparency in the application of European funds,” the source states.
All information published on the new pages of the Portal is based on open data provided by partner entities on dados.gov.pt, the national public data platform.
Maintained by the Agência para a Reforma Tecnológica do Estado, the Portal Mais Transparência was launched on April 28, 2021, and currently hosts six thematic areas: European Funds, State Budget, Tax Benefits, Municipalities, Public Employment, and Climate Action.

Since its launch, the Portal has recorded 524,000 unique visitors, with an average daily visitation of 1,331, according to the same source.
