The police reported that the arrested individuals “acted in collusion as part of juvenile group delinquency, even resorting to threatening victims with firearms.”
The four youths were apprehended following search warrants executed at their residences, which also led to the seizure of two mobile phones.
“The detainees were subjected to further procedural measures, including personal identifications by the victims,” and they are scheduled to appear today for a preliminary judicial interrogation at the Department of Investigation and Penal Action in Maia.
