Swiss authorities are searching for a Portuguese individual who was seen speeding in a white Audi RS6 in St. Gallen on the night of Sunday, October 21.
The vehicle was reported to have been speeding in the Rosenbergstrasse area, prompting an immediate police chase.
The driver ignored police signals to stop and accelerated severely, endangering pedestrians and other road users.
During the chase, the driver collided with a patrol vehicle that was blocking the road but continued fleeing through several streets of St. Gallen.
Local reports confirm that, thanks to a tip from the public, the vehicle was located and seized by authorities on Wednesday morning.
The Portuguese fugitive remains at large. It is known that he is 24 years old and resides in Switzerland.
The St. Gallen police have urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the authorities immediately.
