A 33-year-old man has been placed in pre-trial detention on suspicion of drug trafficking in Aveiro.
The Polícia de Segurança Pública (PSP) reported that the individual is currently held at Aveiro Prison following a hearing on Thursday at the Aveiro Criminal Instruction Court.
The statement detailed that the suspect was found the previous day, on the 16th, “on a street in Aveiro.”
It was on this street, around 6 p.m., that he was apprehended by the PSP. Authorities confiscated eight doses of cocaine and 300 euros from him.
