
One of three individuals detained on Friday in Bobadela, Loures, during an incident involving gunfire, has been placed under preventive detention. The remaining suspects have been released under the condition of identity and residence, as announced this Sunday.
In a statement, the Lisbon Metropolitan Command of the PSP specified that the three men are aged between 30 and 40 and are suspected of attempted murder.
Police encountered a group of individuals involved in mutual physical aggression on the street, with one of the detainees allegedly deploying a firearm and firing shots with the clear intent to hit the opponents.
The PSP seized a 6.35 mm caliber firearm and approximately 15 individual doses of cocaine.
“The detainees were brought before the Judicial Authority at the Judicial Court of the Northern District of Lisbon. One of the detainees has been subjected to preventive detention, while the others are obligated to comply with identity and residence terms,” announced the security force.
The incident, which reportedly began inside a barbershop in Bobadela, was recorded at 14:39, according to police sources.
No victims were reported.
