
Spotify, headquartered in Stockholm and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, saw its revenue increase by 12% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 4.272 million.
The operational profit amounted to 582 million, rising by 28%, according to the report, which does not include cumulative data.
As of September 30, the Swedish company reported having 713 million monthly active users, an increase of 11%, and the number of “premium” subscribers rose by 12% to 281 million.
“Our business is in good health. We have the tools we need—pricing strategies, product innovation, and operational leverage—to achieve both revenue growth and profit expansion,” stated Daniel Ek, Spotify’s founder and CEO, in a statement.
Spotify forecasts a revenue of 4.500 million and an operational profit of 620 million for the last quarter of the year, during which they expect to reach 745 million active users and 289 million “premium” subscribers.
