Former Secretary-General of the Socialist Party (PS), António José Seguro, is among the candidates who have announced their bid for the presidential race.
At the upcoming meeting of the PS National Commission, to be convened soon by the party president Carlos César, discussions will encompass both the decision regarding the candidate to support in the presidential elections scheduled for January next year and an analysis of the results from the municipal elections held on October 12.
