PT 2030 paid 2.732 million euros by the end of September

Payments to beneficiaries have reached 2.732 billion euros, including advances, with 28% of the approved fund already disbursed, according to a statement from PT 2030.

For every 100 euros programmed until 2027, about 42.6 euros have been approved, and 10.6 euros executed.

Thus, over 9.7 billion euros of the fund have been approved, and more than 2.4 billion euros have been executed.

The execution rate of PT 2030 is at 10.6%, with an approval rate of 42.6%.

Regarding the execution rate, the People 2030 program leads with 25.8%, followed by the PAT – Technical Assistance Program 2030 at 23.5%, and the Sea 2030 at 14.9%.

This is followed by the Azores 2030 at 10.3%, Sustainable 2030 at 9.9%, Lisbon 2030 at 9%, Madeira 2030 at 8.1%, and Center 2030 at 5.7%.

Below this are Alentejo 2030 at 4.1%, Algarve 2030 at 3.6%, North 2030 at 2.5%, and Compete 2030 at 1.9%.

Out of the 22.995 billion euros of the programmed fund, 14.946 billion euros have been put up for competition.

Out of the amount put up for competition, 34% belongs to the European Social Fund+ and 15% to the Cohesion Fund.

More than 880 notices have been closed, offering approximately 11.2 billion euros in funds for competition.

Brussels transferred 29.181 billion euros (intermediate payments) to the 27 member states, with Portugal receiving 3.7% of this amount.

Portugal ranks 10th in terms of intermediate payments rate (4.7%) among the 14 member states with financial packages exceeding 6 billion euros.

Next are Germany, Italy, Croatia, and Spain, all with “lower proportions of payments received relative to their respective financial packages.”
