The railway service on the Cascais Line has been fully restored, according to CP – Comboios de Portugal, following disruptions caused by issues with the catenary.
“We inform that the railway service on the Cascais Line has been fully resumed,” stated an official source from the company to Lusa.
On Friday night, service was suspended between Algés (Oeiras) and Cais do Sodré (Lisbon) stations on the Cascais Line, attributed by the railway company to a catenary problem.
This morning, service was still running alternately between Alcântara Mar and Cais do Sodré.
