The Union of Workers in Agriculture and Food, Beverage, and Tobacco Industries of Portugal (SINTAB) announced today that employees have reached an agreement with the company as of Tuesday. The agreement includes a salary increase of 140 euros for all employees this year and an additional raise of 130 euros in 2026.
The accord also ensures that employees will receive 25 days of vacation annually, which is three more than previously allotted. Furthermore, the meal subsidy will be increased from seven euros to 9.38 euros, and the attendance bonus will be elevated by 10 euros, rising from 60 euros per month to 70 euros per month.
Following the agreement, the workers have called off the strike that was planned for Thursday and Friday.
SINTAB stated that the agreement anticipates the alignment of salaries without affecting future legal decisions.
RANGEL has been managing all internal logistics operations for Super Bock in Leça do Balio, in the district of Porto, for the past four years, employing around 100 workers.
