
The company announced that a workers’ meeting will take place from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
The meeting, organized by the Federation of Transport and Communications Unions (Fectrans), aims to discuss workers’ demands and mobilization for the general strike on December 11.
The CGTP and UGT have called for the general strike in response to the labor law reform proposed by the government. This marks the first joint strike by the two major union confederations since June 2013, when Portugal was under the intervention of the ‘troika’.
