“With an accessible and practical approach, the guide now available clarifies aspects related to the employment contract, salary, rest periods, vacation, and holidays,” stated a release on the ACT’s website.
The guide also addresses issues related to absences, parental rights, workplace safety and health, and worker obligations.
The ACT explains that this initiative aims to clarify the rights and duties of domestic workers.
