Sara Correia sells out MEO Arena and announces concert at Super Bock Arena

The concert by singer Sara Correia at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, scheduled for March 7, has sold out, it was revealed on Thursday. However, the artist has just announced a new concert, this time at the Super Bock Arena in Porto.

“The wave of excitement generated by the new single ‘Avisem Que Eu Cheguei’ and the promise of a new album has turned into a true tidal wave. Sara Correia, one of the most powerful voices of her generation, has her concert scheduled for March 7, 2026, at the MEO Arena sold out,” announced Universal Music Portugal in a statement.

The fact that the concert sold out three months before the date “places Sara Correia on the level of the biggest names in Portuguese music,” it highlights.

The fado singer, notably, was the third most-listened-to national female artist in Portugal on the streaming platform Spotify in 2025, only behind Bárbara Tinoco (1st) and Bárbara Bandeira (2nd).

Following this is a concert at the Super Bock Arena in Porto, set for December 7. Tickets will be available starting tomorrow, December 12, at 9:00 AM at usual locations.

These concerts, highlighted by Universal Music Portugal, “promise to be truly unforgettable days, a celebration of an artist at the height of her creativity and connection with the audience.”

Recently, it was also announced that the fado singer will perform in London, Utrecht, and Paris next year.

On April 20, Sara Correia will perform at the Barbican in London, opening the La Linea Festival, dedicated to Latin music, which runs until May 6.

A month later, on May 23, Sara Correia will take the stage at the Tivoli in Utrecht, Netherlands.

The fado singer, who recently released a new single, “Avisem que Eu Cheguei,” is accompanied by musicians Ângelo Freire on Portuguese guitar, Diogo Clemente on viola, Frederico Gato on bass viola, and Joel Silva on percussion.

On September 19, Sara Correia will perform at the Folies Bergère in Paris.

Sara Correia began singing at the age of 12 and, at 13, won the Grande Noite do Fado de Lisboa. Professionally, she debuted at the fado house Mesa de Frades in Lisbon, directed by guitarist Pedro de Castro, and was part of the casts of other venues such as Bacalhau de Molho, Fado em Si, and Páteo de Alfama, all in Lisbon.

The fado singer Sara Correia, who will debut solo on March 7 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, also has performances planned in London, Utrecht, and Paris next year.
