Second day of the electoral campaign dominated by debate on the radio stations

The debate commences at 9:30 a.m. and will be broadcast live by Antena 1, Observador, Renascença, and TSF radio stations. In last year’s debate, André Ventura, the leader of Chega, was the only participant absent.

Following the debate, political caravans will resume their journeys. The leader of AD, Luís Montenegro, is scheduled for a lunch with farmers in Cadaval, followed by a rally in Castelo Branco, and will conclude the day with a dinner in Guarda.

The Secretary-General of the PS, Pedro Nuno Santos, will attend a lunch with the Portuguese Tourism Confederation in Lisbon and end the day interacting with the public in Viseu.

André Ventura, the president of Chega, is set for a street event in Santarém in the early afternoon.

IL leader Rui Rocha plans to host a street event in central Lisbon and a dinner-rally at the Casa do Alentejo, also in the capital. Meanwhile, the Secretary-General of the PCP, Paulo Raimundo, will spend the second campaign day holding rallies at lunchtime and in the evening, in Coruche and Sines respectively.

In addition to the debate, Livre’s spokesperson, Rui Tavares, will engage with the public at Cais do Sodré in Lisbon.

BE coordinator Mariana Mortágua will be in Almada for a visit focusing on housing issues.

PAN spokesperson Inês Sousa Real will participate in the debate and later travel to Porto for a meeting on parental leave, concluding with a dinner in the city.
