Semapa’s profit drops 32.1% to 89.5 million euros in the first half.

“The net profit attributable to shareholders of Semapa at the end of the first half of 2025 reached 89.5 million euros,” stated the communication sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

In 2024, Semapa’s profit had been 131.8 million euros.

During the period under review, the company’s turnover reached 1.4375 billion euros, slightly down from the 1.4385 billion euros reported in the same period of the previous year.

Between January and June, the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at 318.4 million euros, a decrease of 16%.

At the end of June, Semapa’s net debt stood at 1.1373 billion euros, reflecting an increase of 4.2%.

By company, Navigator’s turnover decreased by 4.4% by June to 1.019 billion euros.

Meanwhile, Secil’s revenue amounted to 365.7 million euros up to June, marking an increase of 5.8% compared to the same period last year.

In today’s stock market session, Semapa shares fell by 0.92% to 17.16 euros.
