The Lisbon Metro has announced on the social media platform X that the service interruption could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
This marks the second disruption on the Blue Line today, with an earlier shutdown occurring from 06:41 to 07:38 in the same area and for the same reason.
The Blue Line is one of four lines operated by the Lisbon Metro. The other lines include the Green Line (Telheiras – Cais do Sodré), the Red Line (S. Sebastião – Airport), and the Yellow Line (Rato – Odivelas).
Linha Azul (07:56): devido a avaria na sinalização, a circulação está interrompida entre as estações Avenida e Terreiro do Paço. De momento, não é possível prever a duração da interrupção, que poderá ser prolongada. O Metro está a desenvolver todos (cont)
