
The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) has issued a yellow weather warning for Setúbal, Lisbon, and Leiria districts, indicating periods of heavy rainfall, potentially accompanied by thunderstorms, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Sunday.
Santarém and Beja are also under a yellow precipitation warning, projecting heavy showers, with possible hail and accompanied by thunderstorms, starting from 6:00 AM on Sunday and lasting until 3:00 PM in Santarém and 6:00 PM in Beja.
In Évora and Portalegre districts, the yellow warning for potential heavy showers, occasional hail, and thunderstorms will be in effect from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
The yellow warning, which is the least severe on a scale of three, is issued when there is a potential risk to certain activities dependent on weather conditions.
