The company has approved the distribution of its 2024 financial results, allocating 4.6 million euros to legal reserves and 88.2 million euros for dividends to shareholders.
Additionally, the proposal includes a distribution to shareholders of 30.2 million euros from free reserves.
“The Board of Directors further proposes that the gross dividend to be distributed is 0.05921 euros per share,” stated the official release.
The shareholders also sanctioned the financial statements for the previous year, alongside expressing approval and confidence in the administrative and supervisory bodies’ operations during 2024.
Further approved was a change in the remuneration policy for the members of the corporate bodies, along with the share allocation plan and the respective regulations, as per the remuneration committee’s proposal. Authorizations for the acquisition and sale of own shares and bonds were also granted.
