A shooting occurred Saturday night at Fogueteiro station in the municipality of Seixal, Setúbal district. This information was confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto by a source from the Public Security Police (PSP), who indicated that the incident “possibly involved several youths.”
The incident took place around 7:45 p.m. According to CNN, which first reported the news, 20 people were involved, and the incident was triggered by disorder among groups of youths.
The PSP also informed Notícias ao Minuto that appropriate investigations are being conducted at the scene.
By the time authorities arrived, the youths involved in the incident had already left, leaving only traces of blood and bullet casings.
In response, the PSP alerted Garcia de Orta Hospital in Almada about the potential arrival of gunshot victims at the emergency room.
As of now, no injuries have been confirmed from this incident, and no suspects have been identified.
